I’ve lived 16 years in the US and came back to Denmark in 2020. It was time to get closer to the family at home. Living abroad and working in the US has taught me a lot and broadened my horizon. From a work perspective, it’s two very different cultures and it’s strengthened me to experience both.
When I don't work, I enjoy time with family and friends. Staying active is in my DNA. Quality time and unforgettable experiences is always my priority. I’m a firm believer that we take responsibility for our own happiness. Attitude and action is everything.

I played golf competitively for 20+ years of which 6 years was on the Danish National team. My competitive background has taught me to be very goal oriented, determined and engaged. I love being part of a team and the feeling of bringing out the best in everybody by supporting and coaching. My leadership style is influenced by this and characterized by open communication and involvement.
